Millets and Millet Products: 3-4 Working Days
Cold Pressed Oils: 4-7 Days (To follow SOP from processing to Sundrying)
Bull Driven Oils: 7-9 Days (To follow SOP from processing to Sundrying)
Damaged Consignment: In both shipping modes, we advise you not to accept any visibly damaged consignment from the courier/logistics personnel at the time of delivery.
Claims: To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged or short-supplied order, you must share the necessary unboxing video or photos with our official contact details within 48 hours of delivery:

Shipping Options
We offer two primary shipping methods to cater to your needs.
In this mode, the responsibility for the shipment during transit is shared by both the customer and PS Mart.
Minimum Order Quantity: 5 kg
Process: We will ship your order through our logistics partners (VRL or NAVATA) to their nearest branch office in your city.
Delivery: It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
Pay the applicable freight charges directly to the logistics provider.
Pick up the order from the specified logistics office.
Submit a valid ID proof as per the Logistics Company's policy.
How to Place an Order: During the checkout process, you must specify your preferred Carrier (VRL or NAVATA) and the specific Branch name in the ‘Logistics Office Details’ section.

In this mode, PS Mart and our courier partners take full responsibility for the shipment during transit.

On-Demand Paid Delivery: Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart Logistics, and Amazon Courier.
International Shipping: DHL Express is our courier partner for deliveries outside India.
Note on Paid Delivery: For orders requiring on-demand paid delivery, please check with us for excess door delivery charges before placing your order.
